For the fourth year in a row Flo's premier event, Who's #1, will take place at Lehigh University in the legendary Snakepit. It will feature a dual meet format where the top high school wrestlers in the Nation collide and many have an opportunity to claim or defend a #1 National ranking.

Also for the fourth straight season Young Guns WC head coach Jody Strittmatter will be heading one of the teams. In 2016 he will be coach of Team Green which features six Pennsylvania wrestlers, three of which train at Young Guns.

Listen in to the PA Power Podcast as we preview the 2016 Who's #1 and chat with 2x PIAA State Champion Cameron Coy (Penn Trafford). We also discuss some of the recent College Commitments and those still remaining. You can find the match-ups below in addition to a preview of all six of Pennsylvania's participants!

Some of the biggest names in Pennsylvania are on the move – and on the PA Power Podcast.

Keith Gavin, who was a PIAA placewinner at Lackawanna Trail and a National Champion at Pitt, has accepted a position as an assistant coach at Oklahoma. He joins Jeff Upson and Eric Knopsnyder to talk about his decision to join new Sooners' new head coach Lou Rosselli.

Gavin also weighs in on what makes Pennsylvania wrestling so special, freestyle vs. folkstyle and how close of an eye he keeps on his college alma mater.

A host of other Pennsylvania wrestlers will be in new places this fall, including K.J. Fenstermacher. The two-time PIAA placewinner joins the podcast to discuss his family's move from the Liberty school district to Northampton. He opens up about which colleges are recruiting him as well as how he thinks the Konkrete Kids will stack up in District 11 this season.
